How many guests can your venue spaces accommodate?
The Royal Imperial features multiple halls. Our Grand Courtyard can accommodate up to 1000 guests, the Royal Ballroom up to 800 guests, and the Imperial Mandap up to 500 guests. We can also combine spaces for larger gala celebrations.
Do you offer in-house catering and decor packages?
Yes, we provide award-winning fine dining catering and complete floral/theme decorations tailored by our master decorators. We also offer custom packages if you choose to bring in specialty external vendors.
Is there bridal suite access included in the packages?
Absolutely. Every premium booking includes full-day access to our two luxury private bridal green rooms, equipped with makeup vanity lighting, refreshments, and secure lockers.
What is your reservation and cancellation policy?
A 25% deposit secures your date. Dates can be shifted up to 180 days prior to the event subject to venue availability at no extra charge. Cancellations are detailed in our bespoke contracts.
